Benefit One Leak: A Bug It Knew About for Nine Months Exposed Data on 13,460 Employees
Benefit One, a Japanese employee benefits provider, says a survey download feature showed one customer's administrator data on 13,460 employees of 2,322 other organizations. The company had found the bug in an internal review nine months earlier and not fixed it.
